Whether you are looking for just one computer/laptop for your home office or looking for enough to fill an entire office, we can help! We will guide you through the computer buying process and help you decide which option is the best for your specific needs. Installation and Support Services

Our installation services are very reasonably priced. Once you order your brand of computer and have a shipping date, give us a call. We will come to your home or business and help setup your new computer and show you how to get around with your new computer. This includes more than just the basics. * This service includes up to 2 hours to setup your computer and any peripherals, assist you with installing any software that you have ordered, assist you with answering any questions that you might have about your new computer and software, and assist you with getting started using those programs. * If you have internet access we will assist you on how to log in and access the internet. We will also assist you in transferring any data from your old computer to the new one.** Best of all we can help you with any computer that you have purchased. We will assist you any way that we can.

Our Normal Hourly Rate for Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm is $80/hr.
This hourly rate is for General Computer repair and support, Network and Server installations and other PC services not listed above. For in-house (our office) work we do NOT charge a one hour minimum but rather break it down to 1/2 hr increments. For onsite (your home/office) work we do have a 1 hour minimum.  However, based on your location there may a trip charge of $40/hr *** of travel time to/from your location. This is 1/2 of our normal hourly rate.  We prefer payment by Check.   As a consulting service, we are paid for our expertise, this includes all phone/remote/email consultations.  NOTE: If you are paying by credit card, there will be a 4% credit card fee added to your invoice.

Our Outside Normal Hours & Weekends Rate for onsite work is $120/hr.

SPECIAL for installation services – Our Cost is just $152*** for up to two hours of in support of the services described above.  This includes a 10% discount off our hourly rate for the 2nd hour,  $80 + $72 = $152.  You would pay well over $250 for this same service elsewhere. Network and server installations are billed at our regular hourly rate. Additional time will be charged at the regular hourly rate of $80 per hour billed per 1/4 hour. Out of State services will require all travel costs to be paid by the customer. Some Malware/Virus removal services may take take OVER two hours of work to complete.

**** Our Computer Software/Hardware Support services include professional support at a reasonable price. This includes support for Virus/Spyware/Malware cleanup and other software or hardware installation and support services. Onsite System Setup plus Data Transfer with Wireless Install $279
Onsite System Setup $149 – 1 hr max
Onsite System Setup plus Data Transfer $229 – 1 hr max
Onsite Wireless Network Setup $169 – 1 hr max

By comparison Geek Squad (Best Buy) charges the following for setting up a single computer:
Onsite Computer Setup & Data Backup or Transfer = $219 (limited to installing 1 app and 1 peripheral and copy up to 9.4 gb of data to a dvd and copy it back to the new pc) Onsite Advanced Computer Diagnostic and repair = $299 (includes spyware/virus removal) or more if additional hardware/software repairs/upgrades are needed to fix the problem.

* We do not guarantee or make any promise of guarantee that your computer purchased from Dell or any other Manufacturer will be free from defects or will operate error-free. We do not guarantee that any purchased software or any software that you may already have will work with your new computer. We do not claim to have knowledge of every software program that you may have and therefore may not be able to answer all or any questions definitively. We can not be held responsible or liable for any problems with your computer hardware or software. We will not install, setup, configure, or subscribe for you any illegal or pornographic material. You must provide all original software installation cd’s. We will not install any copies of CD’s.

** Transferring of data means the files that are created when using a program such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Email programs, graphics programs, pictures, etc. We will not transfer any existing programs from your old pc to your new pc without the properly licensed installation cd’s. You must have the original installation CD’s or diskette’s for us to install any programs. Use of a third party program may be required to be purchased to facilitate transferring some programs.

*** Price includes to and from travel time of up to a total of 30 minutes. This covers the Marion, Johnson, Shelby, and Hancock county areas, including the cities of Indianapolis, Greenwood, Franklin, Shelbyville, and Greenfield. Other areas may require an additional trip charge of $40 per hour of total travel time to and from your site. Please contact us for more information.

**** All virus/spyware/malware infections are self-inflicted. Due to the invasive nature of virus/spyware/malware infections, we do not guarantee or make any promise of guarantee that your computer or operating system will be completely free from defects or will operate error-free after diagnosing and removing any virus/spyware/malware infection. We do not guarantee that any purchased software, freely downloadable software or any software that you may already have will provide 100% protection against virus/spyware/malware infections. We do not claim to have knowledge of every software program that you may have and therefore may not be able to answer all or any questions definitively. We can not be held responsible or liable for any problems with your computer hardware or software after virus/spyware/malware removal or other support services are performed. We will not install, setup, configure, or subscribe for you any illegal or pornographic material. You must provide all original software installation cd’s. We will not install any copies of CD’s.
